How to Initiate a Return
Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin, email supportdesk@yuzira.eu with your order number and a brief description of your request. Our team will provide clear instructions for returning your items.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–14 business days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item instead of receiving a refund, please indicate this when contacting supportdesk@yuzira.eu. Exchanges depend on availability and follow the same return requirements.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund does not appear after the expected timeframe, check with your payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact supportdesk@yuzira.eu, and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
